Artemis Gold agreed to acquire all of Vista Gold in an all share deal of US$427 million and a 29% premium to the 20-day weighted average to Vista. Vista is the owner of the Mt Todd gold project in Australia's Northern Territory (TSXV: ARTG). News Release

Collective Mining reported new Apollo metallurgical results, including 95% copper, 90% gold and 94.4% silver recovery from a copper sub-domain composite and up to 74% tungsten recovery from a tungsten sub-domain. Most of the gold-silver resource would go through conventional cyanidation to make doré, with higher-grade copper and tungsten material routed to dedicated flotation circuits ahead of a 2027 licensing submission. Those sub-domains are small, holding 27.6% and 6.9% of Indicated tonnage and almost none of the Inferred (NASDAQ: CNL ). News Release

Heliostar Metals said its Ana Paula feasibility study is 34% complete and on track for Q2 2027, with a mid-2027 construction decision and first gold targeted before the end of 2028. Since the PEA, 74 holes totalling 25,072 metres have gone into an updated resource estimate now in its final stages, and flotation metallurgy is finalized while bio-oxidation pilot testing wraps up in the coming weeks. The company plans to move from a fixed gold cut-off to an NSR model, which appears to support higher mill throughput than the PEA and a possible mid-life expansion (TSXV: HSTR ). News Release

Kingfisher Metals reported a rush assay from HW-26-015 at its HWY 37 Project, returning 8.8 m of 38.50 g/t AuEq within 27 m of 13.61 g/t AuEq, with visible gold in a high-grade polymetallic vein. The hole was drilled to test the Hank porphyry target and hit the vein on the margin of porphyry-style mineralization, which the company reads as evidence of a fully preserved porphyry-epithermal system. The result covers only one selected interval, with assays for the remainder of the 1,067 m hole still pending, and 13 holes have been completed this season with 4 in progress. (TSXV: KFR)  News Release

Koryx Copper agreed to raise its ownership of Koryx Copper Zambia from 51% to 80%, paying US$200,000 in cash and 80,000 shares at a deemed C$3.50 and eliminating the remaining earn-in spending commitments. The company says Haib in Namibia remains its primary focus and that the higher stake gives it more flexibility to monetize the Zambian assets. (TSX:KRY.V ) News Release

Radisson Mining reported eight new holes from its O'Brien Gold Project in Quebec, all with significant gold, led by 68.24 g/t Au over 6.2 m in OB-26-385W5, including 384.01 g/t over 1.0 m. The two hole clusters are delineating high-grade quartz-sulphide-gold veins across a now 1,000 m vertical interval beneath the former O'Brien mine, as part of a 140,000 m step-out program. Management says 106 of 128 holes since late 2024 hit intercepts consistent with the resource, an 83% hit rate, and that it reports every hole (TSXV: RDS). News Release

Galleon Gold has started underground development at its 100%-owned West Cache project in Timmins, Ontario, with the box cut and portal ground support complete and ramp development under way. The ramp is advancing toward the first of four planned bulk sample stopes in Zone #9, where recent drilling confirmed grade continuity below the planned extraction areas. The company aims to extract an 86,500-tonne bulk sample to gather engineering and operational data for a future mine, and says it will update on ramping, stope extraction and processing arrangements as work progresses (TSXV: GGO). News Release

Argenta Silver reported initial flotation results from its El Quevar project in Argentina, with 13 of 15 variability samples averaging about 95% silver recovery in rougher tests. Two samples advanced to cleaner flotation, with one reaching 96% recovery to a 14,857 g/t Ag concentrate. The company stresses the work is early-stage and unoptimized, with additional cleaner tests, master composites and blending studies due within 45 to 60 days, and final concentrate quality not yet assessable (TSXV: AGAG).
